| Health
Insurance |
|
Virtually every
American will suffer injury or illness during their life and, while
technology has enabled us to live longer, healthier lives, this
health care excellence comes at a high price. OCCU makes this protection
affordable for our employees by picking up the majority of the cost
for health insurance for them and their families. Employees have
the choice of either an HMO or a Point of Service Plan so they get
to decide if they want to receive their medical care from a network
provider or from a doctor outside the network. |

| Dental Insurance |
| OCCU offers a comprehensive
package of dental benefits through Delta Dental's Premiere Dental
Plan. With Premiere, you are offered the country's largest network
of dentists but you also have the freedom to choose any dentist
you want. The majority of the cost for this plan is picked up the
Credit Union. |

| Life Insurance |
|
OCCU provides basic
life insurance equal to one times an employee's annual base salary.
Additional protection for yourself, your spouse or your dependent
children can be purchased through our group plan. Additionally,
accidental death and dismemberment coverage is provided, at no cost,
at a benefit of one times annual salary. |

| Short Term and Long Term Disability |
|
In the event that
an employee must be absent from work for five consecutive days due
to a serious illness or injury, he/she may be eligible for benefits
under our Short Term Disability plan. Short Term Disability provides
employees with continuing income equivalent to 100% of their base
pay up to a maximum of 90 days. After 90 days, an employee can apply
for Long Term Disability which would enable them to receive 70%
of their base pay providing that they qualify for such benefits.
Again, this coverage is provided at no cost to the employee. |

| 401(k) Plan |
|
OCCU offers a 401(k)
plan to make saving for retirement easier. Money our employees invest
in the plan is deducted from their paycheck before taxes are withheld;
thereby, lowering their taxable income. To help their retirement
income grow faster, the Credit Union contributes an additional 10%
to an employee's plan. |

|
| Paid Time Off |
|
With one year of
employment, employees of OCCU are eligible for 10 vacation days,
5 personal days and 11 paid holidays. Additionally, they are eligible
to receive additional paid time off for the following circumstances:
jury duty, court appearance, bereavement leave for an immediate
family member, and military leave of less than two weeks. |
